On Launay’s clay-limestone terroir, red and white tell the story of the same landscape in two distinct voices.

Below the Butte de Launay, the vineyard gives rise to two very different expressions of the place. They share the same origin in Soussac and a long relationship with oak, yet each follows its own character.
The red
Bordeaux Supérieur brings together Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. The best parcels are selected before vinification in temperature-controlled concrete vats, followed by more than twelve months of ageing entirely in barrel.
The white
Muscadelle is made from a single grape variety. Fermentation takes place in barrel, followed by lees stirring and ageing on the lees to build roundness and texture.
